Joon Nah

A highly experienced and multi-faceted therapist, Joon successfully uses a variety of techniques in helping patients get better, faster.  Manual therapy, acupuncture, and vestibular therapy are among some of his specialties, along with a lifelong commitment to continuing education.  Joon believes that treating the root cause of injury and preventative maintenance are critical to optimal health. Before he became a physiotherapist, Joon was actually a professional musician, singing at venues across North America and Great Britain.


Adam Brown
Registered Physiotherapist
As a fully certified McKenzie trained therapist, Adam is specially educated to identify the cause of injury and to eliminate symptoms.  Adam is also a clinical educator with local physiotherapy schools and has significant bracing and orthotics experience. His achievements in patient care include teaching self-management techniques and a dedication to helping every patient recover completely. Adam loves running. If you’re fast enough, see if you can keep up with him at the next Toronto marathon


Courtney Steele
Registered Physiotherapist
Courtney successfully manages her clients’ care through experiences in a variety of clinical settings.  Her Kinesiology and Varsity level athletic trainer background have also provided her familiarity with injuries of all types.  Courtney believes that directly involving the patient in treatment planning promotes patient confidence and excellent outcomes for recovery. Three pointers and fade away jumpers are also listed as Courtney’s specialities as she’s been participating in basketball for most of her life!


Jodi Arnott
Registered Physiotherapist
Jodi is a strong believer in combining experience, evidence based practice and patient values. This is demonstrated through her diverse training, and excellent clinical outcomes. Her personal dedication to fitness and background in biomechanics allows her to effectively customize her physiotherapy programs for all of her patients. Don’t be surprised to see one of her pieces of art in a gallery some day. In her spare time, Jodi loves to paint!


Matthew Johnson
Registered Massage Therapist
Matthew takes great pride in helping patients understand why they are experiencing their symptoms and in successfully translating this into extremely effective patient care.  His athletic background provides him with expertise in treatment of sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions or simply a stress or tension reducing massage. If you notice that Matthew is especially coordinated, it’s not by accident. He was a professional ballet dancer with Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet.


Courtney Wood
Certified Pilates Instructor
Courtney is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor who is passionate about the healing potential of movement. She has studied several movement modalities including Yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and modern dance. Her experience teaching in different environments has allowed her to work with people of all types, and with a variety of different goals. Courtney has a keen interest in working with individuals using specialized Pilates equipment, helping them reach better physical well being. Courtney is a huge fan of all forms of creative expression, from live comedy to dance to performance art.


Sarah Wattam
Registered Physiotherapist
Working with a variety of populations has given Sarah the experience and confidence in treating injuries of all types. She applies her own commitment to health and wellness to all of her patients, ensuring an active, energetic and evidence-based approach to physiotherapy. As an enthusiastic participant of cycling and baking, she can spin a wheel as well as she spins a pie plate.
